Refund Policy for Birthdays and Bashes
1. Booking Retainer
All bookings require a non-refundable retainer fee to secure your event date. This retainer covers the initial costs of planning and reserving our services for your specific date. This fee is non-refundable, regardless of the reason for cancellation.
2. Cancellations

Cancellation more than [e.g., 14 days] before the event: If you cancel your event more than [14 days] prior to the scheduled date, any payments made beyond the non-refundable retainer may be eligible for a refund.

Cancellation within [e.g., 14 days] of the event: Cancellations made within [14 days] of the event date are not eligible for a refund. This is because we will have already incurred costs and lost the opportunity to book another event.
3. Rescheduling
We understand that plans can change. If you need to reschedule your event, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your new date, subject to our availability. If we are able to reschedule, your retainer and any payments will be applied to the new date.
4. Weather
In the event of severe weather conditions that make it unsafe to proceed with your event, we will work with you to reschedule for an available date. If a reschedule is not possible, we will determine if a refund is appropriate on a case-by-case basis.
5. Equipment and Damages

Damage: You are responsible for any damage to our equipment during your event. Any costs for repair or replacement will be deducted from your security deposit, or you will be billed directly for the full cost.

Missing Items: All items must be returned in the same condition they were received. A fee will be charged for any missing items.
